With a broad background in brand and design, I bring proven creative strategy, brand management, team leadership, agency management, process development and improvement.

Creative Strategy
I am an accomplished creative leader who strategizes and oversees the execution of brand assets in all media creating a globally cohesive brand. I’m passionate about design excellence. I conceptualize and generate award-winning ideas and create exceptional user experiences.

Management
I am a collaborative leader with comprehensive experience guiding internal and external creative teams. I effectively partner with cross-functional teams while developing strong alliances. I have a proven track record of successfully developing processes, managing projects and budgets in deadline-driven environments.

Formally trained as a fine artist as well as a theatrical costume designer, I started my career at the Moscow Chamber Opera Theater, Russia. I served as a costume designer as well as the wardrobe manager.
